Peter has been a licensed member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia since 2006. His practice consists primarily of representing parties injured through the negligence of someone else in various personal injury cases. As a trial attorney, Peter has experience dealing with insurance companies throughout the claims process, from the moment of the accident all the way through a jury verdict. He also represents consumer debtors in the filing of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases throughout the Metro Atlanta area in the Northern District of Georgia.
Peter is also a registered mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR). He handles general civil case mediations in State, Superior and Magistrate court cases throughout the State of Georgia, primarily in the area of personal injury.
